Approach
Clients receive individualized and holistic care that is centered around their strengths, needs, and goals. A relational approach to therapy is utilized to ease anxiety and calm nerves. Attachment theory is the foundational approach for the therapy services offered at Mended and Whole Counseling as attachment patterns often guide the way we view the world around us.
Modalities
The primary modalities Kimberly utilizes in her counseling services include: Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). Christian faith based integration is offered upon request and consent.
Ideal Client
Clients best served through Mended and Whole Counseling include teenagers, adults, and seniors who are looking to find treatment for the following: Unresolved Childhood Trauma, PTSD, Addiction Disorders, Depression, Anxiety, and Bipolar Disorders, and general counseling needs.
