Payment Information

• Session Fee: $150 for a 50-minute session

• Payment Methods: Zelle, Venmo, Cash, Check, Credit/Debit Card, HSA and FSA

• Some insurance plans are accepted through Headway. If you’d like to use your in-network benefits, give us a call or send us an email and we will run your insurance through the verification check to see if it’s a plan we are in-network with.

• We also offer out-of-network benefits by providing Superbills for insurance reimbursement.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your session, this must be done no later than 48 hours in advance or you will be billed in full for your missed session. Exceptions will be made at counselor discretion. Clients who do not show up to their session without notice will be charged in full for the missed session. Further sessions will not be booked until late cancel/no-show fees have been paid in full.
