Payment Information

• Session Fee: $135 for a 50-minute session

• Payment Methods: Zelle, Venmo, Cash, Check, Credit/Debit Card

• Insurance: Out-of-Network Superbills Offered Upon Request*

*While Mended and Whole Counseling is not in network with any insurance company, OON Superbills are offered as a courtesy upon request of the client for potential insurance reimbursement. Mended and Whole Counseling cannot guarantee reimbursement; this is strictly between the client and their insurance company.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your session, this must be done no later than 24 hours in advance or you will be billed in full for your missed session. Exceptions will be made at counselor discretion. Clients who do not show up to their session without notice will be charged in full for the missed session. Further sessions will not be booked until late cancel/no-show fees have been paid in full.
